Try that, quick edit in tes4edit and CS, for chocalate elves, balanced to match Nehrim races but no NPC reactions setup, for the latest version of English Nehrim. Just install chocalte elves the normal way and activate the ESP after Nehrim English.(dont install/activate the default race ESP's) ps. ...
