Please make sure you checked the Buttons Nehrim.esm and Nehrim.esp (i heared there is a 3rd button for the English version) however you have to make sure all buttons for Nehrim are checked and all the other mods for oblivion and the oblivion.esm are unchecked

As far as I know you are the first one to post this kind of bug, have you installed The Shivering Isles with the Vanilla Version of Oblivion, if not you should check if Oblivion is patched to the latest Version 1.2.0416 Btw. are you sure that you haven't installed any Texture replacer into your Obli...

I am not sure but maybe it will work if you Copy the Oblivion.exe from your Oblivion folder into your Nehrim folder :^)

Hopefully it does work now, I sure want to see your Nehrim let's play :^)

You know if you have the Steam version, you have to Install Nehrim in your Oblivion Folder, and uncheck the repair button
You also need to have the latest Oblivion patch Installed and you need to Uncheck all the Oblivion Datas and Activate the Nehrim.esp and the Nehrim.esm

Using the cheat TCL ruined your savegame xDD
You just have to make a New game ;^)
