For those that don't know what the mod does: It attempts to make sneaking a bit more interesting by adding penalties for wearing heavy armor, and making weapons differently suited for sneak-attacking.
Most important features:
- The critical hit multiplier is dependent on the weapon's speed and range/size
Melee weapons are classified in one of five backstab-categories:- Weak Backstab: Slow 1-Hand weapon (Slow Waraxes, Fast Maces, Fast Longswords)
- Standard Backstab: Normal blade (Katana) / Fast Blunt (Waraxe)
- Strong Backstab: Fast blade (Shortsword)
- Deadly Backstab: Dagger
- No Backstab: 2 Handed weapons and very slow 1-Hand weapons (Longsword/Mace)

- Quick Keys for complete item sets
The mod adds three additional "quickslots" that can hold several items at once: There are 3 variants how a gear quickkey can be set up:- Standard:
The hotkey will work as a toggle-switch, everything in the set will be unequiped if it is equipped and equipped if it is unequipped. Other item-slots are left alone. Shields and arrows are always equipped or unequipped together with the weapon. - Weapon Combo (Sword & Shield, Bow & Arrow):
Shields and Arrows that don't belong to the set will be unequipped, everything else will be left alone. Pressing the Quickkey again will unequip the weapon-combo, but nothing else. - Complete Outfit (Armor & Weapons)
A fixed set of gear you want to use. Everything that isn't part of the item-set will be unequipped. Pressing the Quickkey again wil not unequip the item-set.
- Standard:
The keyboard settings and most of the backstab settings can be reconfigured via an ingame-menu or automatically when the game loads by editing a text-file in the Oblivion folder and editing it.
All weapon-stuff is done by looking at the weapon#s actual stats, not by checking the item ID, so yes, the version for Vanilla Oblivion is OOO compatible.
